Something a little different for a change! There was a free little convention in our city last weekend so we figured why not go there for a day. It was an opportunity to wear my Claire cosplay again too!
When I say the convention was tiny I really mean it. It was held in a school and there really wasn’t too many people, especially when we got there in the early afternoon so there was actually room to move around a bit, unlike Tracon where we went to in September. This also meant there wasn’t that much interesting stuff to do so I mostly focused on raiding the artist alley with my sad end of the month budget haha.
The best thing was probably that we got to see some friends we hadn’t seen in a long time! I also tried to drag my sister to anime karaoke with me but by the time we decided to go there the line was already pretty long and I chickened out. It could have been fun though.
We ended up going home pretty early because we were really hungry and tired and turns out shoes that keep falling off my feet constantly are very uncomfortable to walk in for too long. It was still nice to do something different for once!
Here’s all the stuff I got from the artist alley and also a little book (here have a Goodreads link actually). We also ended up going a little snack silly because there was a huge shelf of ramune and other Japanese things and like I said, we were hungry. Oops.
